1. Who can make a profile account on the website?

Ans: As per our terms and conditions, the following individuals can create a profile account on the website:

  1. Self (Bride or Groom)

  2. Father

  3. Mother

  4. Sibling

  5. Others (HUF)

(Note: The person must accept the terms and conditions laid down during website account creation.)


2. Can I change the address in my profile account?

Ans: Yes, you can change your address. First, log in to the website and click on “My Profile” or “Manage Profile.” Then, find the address section in your profile and edit it as needed.


3. How can I modify or add an alternate mobile number or email?

Ans: Log in using your registered email ID. Go to “My Profile” or “Manage Profile,” find the mobile number and email fields, and update your details accordingly.


4. Where can I contact for a complaint against a fake profile?

Ans: Log in to your account and go to the “Support” section. There, you’ll find the contact details (phone number and email) of the Grievance Redressal Officer. You must file your complaint from your registered email address.


5. Can I use any payment option like Net Banking, UPI, Credit Card, or Debit Card?

Ans: Yes, you can make a payment using UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking while purchasing a package.


6. Can I make two profile accounts?

Ans: No, you cannot create two profile accounts with the same email address. However, you may create separate profiles using different email addresses.


7. Can I delete my profile account?

Ans: Yes, you can delete your profile by logging in and selecting the “Delete My Profile” option.

Note: Once deleted, your profile cannot be recovered.


8. How can I create my profile account?

Ans:

  • Visit www.maitrishaadi.com

  • Click on “Registration” at the top right corner of the homepage

  • Fill in the required details:

    • First Name: Candidate/Profile creator’s Name, Father’s Name, Surname

    • Gender: Male/Female

    • Date of Birth: dd/mm/yyyy

    • Phone/Contact Number

    • Email Address

    • Password and Confirm Password

  • Check both boxes to accept the terms and conditions

  • Click on “Create Account”

  • You’ll be redirected to verify your email. Open your email, click the verification link, and re-login.


9. How can I verify my profile on the website?

Ans:
After email verification:

  1. Log in using your email and password.

  2. On the landing page, click the red “Verify” button.

  3. You’ll be redirected to the verification page. Upload the following mandatory documents:

    • Selfie photo

    • Photo with your family

    • School Leaving Certificate / Caste Certificate

    • Aadhaar Card (Masked)

Note: These documents are for internal verification only and will not be made public.

  1. Click the “Apply” button. Your details will be sent to the website admin.

  2. If approved, you’ll receive an approval email.

  3. If rejected, you’ll be notified by email. Re-login, re-upload your documents, and follow the same process.

  4. Once verified, log in and complete your profile under “My Profile.”

  5. Click on “Public Profile” to make your profile visible on the website.

Ensure all fields are completed to increase chances of genuine inquiries.


10. Can we get a refund after the package is purchased?

Ans:
a. No, refunds are not issued once a package is purchased.
b. Refunds may only be processed under the following conditions:

  • If the amount is debited from your bank but not received by Kalixaa’s account

  • In such a case, email your payment details and bank statement to the support team

  • After verification, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days, without interest

  • If a package is not used within its valid period, no refund will be issued


11. Can we get a refund for an unused purchased package?

Ans:
No, unused packages cannot be refunded. Each package has a defined validity period, and if it is not used within that time, the package will expire automatically.
