a. No, refunds are not issued once a package is purchased.
b. Refunds may only be processed under the following conditions:
If the amount is debited from your bank but not received by Kalixaa’s account
In such a case, email your payment details and bank statement to the support team
After verification, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days, without interest
If a package is not used within its valid period, no refund will be issued

No, unused packages cannot be refunded. Each package has a defined validity period, and if it is not used within that time, the package will expire automatically.
